While we will be open and playing with all of the pups we are boarding, Lake Wylie Pet Resort will not be open for walk-ins on these days. For more information please do not hesitate to contact our office.
Lake Wylie Pet Resort is closed for walk-ins on:
- New Year’s Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Also, please be aware of the following:
- No holiday pick-ups or drop-offs for boarding, no exceptions.
- We are open the day after Thanksgiving from 9am – 12pm.
- We are open on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve from 9am – 12pm.
- We require a reservation fee to hold a spot for all overnight stays.
- Holiday cancellation policy: You must provide a five (5) day notice in order to receive a refund for the reservation fee.
- We do not offer daycare on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Good Friday, or Columbus Day.
