At Lake Wylie Pet Resort, our goal is to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for all our guests—whether they’re running and playing or relaxing and being pampered.  We want your furry family members to thoroughly enjoy their time with us, and for you to have complete peace of mind knowing they’re in loving hands.

That said, every pet responds to boarding and doggie daycare differently.  For some, especially senior dogs, the experience can sometimes be stressful and may require an adjustment period.  In certain cases, pets may exhibit behaviors such as holding their urine or experiencing a temporary regression in house training.

While this isn’t necessarily normal, it is a common response.  We take great care to be attentive to each guest’s unique needs and are always happy to discuss ways to help your pet feel safe, secure, and loved.

Above all, we want pet owners to be informed and mindful of any changes in their pet’s temperament after boarding or daycare.  If you have any concerns, we’re here to support you and your pet every step of the way.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns!  We look forward to showing you the depth of our passion for keeping your pets safe and comfortable.
