Please note the following holiday closures. Lake Wylie Pet Resort will not be open on these days. For more information please do not hesitate to contact our office.
Lake Wylie Pet Resort is closed on:
- New Year’s Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Also, please be aware of the following:
- No holiday pick ups or drop offs for boarding, no exceptions.
- We are open the day after Thanksgiving from 9am – 12pm.
- We are open on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve from 9am – 12pm.
- We require a reservation fee to hold a spot for all overnight stays.
- Holiday cancellation policy: You must provide a five (5) day notice in order to receive a refund for the reservation fee.
- We do not offer daycare on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Good Friday, or Columbus Day.
UPDATE:
- Lake Wylie Pet Resort will be closed from April 24th through April 26th; August 9th through August 16th; and October 23rd through October 30th, 2023. We will not be accepting any boarding reservations, grooming appointments, or be offering doggie daycare at that time.
